TL;DR
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| What does it do? | Your agent lists today's meetings from Google Calendar and creates a Notion page with a short agenda under each one, built from the event title, attendees and description. |
| Who is it for? | Managers and consultants with several meetings a day who take notes in Notion. |
| What do I connect? | Notion, once, with its own sign-in. ClawLink never sees your password. |
| What does it cost? | About 2 tool calls on your plan. Starter includes 1,000 a month. |
| Does it work? | googlecalendar_events_list succeeded on 99.3% of 1,523 calls on ClawLink in the last 30 days. |
| Which agents? | OpenClaw, Hermes, Claude, Codex, ChatGPT and any MCP client connected to ClawLink. |
How do you try it?
- Set up ClawLink once. Add it to your agent from the install page, then connect Notion.
- Send this prompt to your agent. Click the card to copy it.
It works the same in OpenClaw, Hermes, Claude and Codex.
How does the agent do it?
The agent makes 2 calls through ClawLink. You do not pick the tools: the agent finds them by searching ClawLink, reads their input schema and runs them.
| Step | Tool | What it does | Calls in 30 days |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | googlecalendar_events_list | Lists today's events. | 1,523 (99.3% ok) |
| 2 | notion_create_notion_page | Creates the page under a parent page you shared with ClawLink. | 62 (96.8% ok) |
How often does this work on ClawLink?
We do not publish a sample run for this job: its output is somebody's own Notion. Instead, here is how the same tools performed for every ClawLink user from 2026-09-03 to 2026-10-03. A call counts as failed only when it reached Notion and came back with an error.
| Tool | Calls | Users | Succeeded | Average time |
|---|---|---|---|---|
googlecalendar_events_list | 1,523 | 37 | 99.3% | 3.0 s |
notion_create_notion_page | 62 | 7 | 96.8% | 2.7 s |
How do you write the prompt?
- Share a parent page. Notion only lets the integration write under pages you shared with it. Name that page in the prompt.
- Ask for a template. "Agenda, notes, action items for each meeting" gives you the same layout every day.
- Add attendees. Names under each meeting help you remember who said what.
What can go wrong?
- No parent page. If you shared no page with the Notion connection, the create call fails. Pick one in Notion's connection settings.
- Empty descriptions. Meetings with no description get a thin agenda. The agent can only use what the invite says.
- Private events. Events marked private show as busy without details.
How does this compare with other ways to do it?
| Option | How it works | Cost | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| ClawLink + your agent | One prompt, one Notion page | 2 tool calls on your plan | Notion users with Google Calendar |
| Notion Calendar | Link events to pages by hand | Free | Notion-first teams |
| Templates by hand | Copy a template each day | Free | One or two meetings |
