Delete your ClawLink account
You can delete your account yourself, at any time. It takes effect right away.
How to delete it
- Sign in to ClawLink and open Settings.
- Open Security and click Delete account.
- Type your email address and click Delete account.
Can't sign in? Message us from the chat button on this page and give the email address of your account.
What we delete

What we keep
- Invoices at Polar, our payment provider, because tax law requires them. Your name and email on them are replaced with a hash.
- A deletion record with the date and the result of each step. It holds no personal data.
- Database backups, which expire within 30 days.
Questions
- It happens right away. Our database backups expire within 30 days.
- No. To use ClawLink again, sign up again. You start with a new, empty account.
- Yes. Open the app in your dashboard and click Disconnect. Your account stays.
- No. Deleting your account cancels your plan at once.
- Yes. We email the address of your account when the deletion is done. If you did not delete it, reply to that email.
- Their API keys stop working at once, so their ClawLink calls fail.
